To respond to enquiries, prepare personalised proposals and manage your booking.

To arrange services on your behalf — hotels, vehicles, permits, insurance, flights and local partners.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the partners needed to deliver your expedition — hotels, vehicle providers, local guides, insurers and authorities issuing permits or visas — and only to the extent required.

Some partners are located outside Ukraine and the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred internationally we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected.

Our team may film and photograph expeditions. We will ask for your consent before publishing images in which you can be clearly identified, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.

We keep booking records for as long as required by law, and enquiry data for up to three years unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
